The Sixth Annual Hope CDA Gala brings together people from across the community to celebrate the work and successes of the program. This year's event will focus on the two most recent graduates - Kaleb Duerre & Jason Nichols - not only sharing their stories, but also sharing the stories of volunteers, staff, family members, and friends who have been impacted by the transformation of these two men.

This year's theme is "Hope Fulfilled," and the success of these two men, as well as all the participants, is a testament to this year's theme. We will look at how hope has been fulfilled for participants and their family and friends, as well as for staff, volunteers, and others who are associated with the program. We hope you will come and join us in this celebration.

You can signup to host a table by filling out the information below. A table host is asked to pay a $400 sponsorship fee and to invite guests to fill a table of 10. If you are unable to find 9 others to join you but would still like to host a table, Dr. Pannier can fill the remaining seats. Simply let him know that you need some assistance. We hope you will consider hosting a table.
